mg不朽情缘游戏网址 is seeking to fill a full-time 学生金融服务助理. This position is a member of the Student Financial Services (SFS) team, which is responsible for counseling students in financial aid and account balances.  

As an initial point of contact for the 金融援助 and 业务 Offices, the SFS Associate’s job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) educating students on financial aid and balance status, analyzing their overall financial circumstances, and processing a variety of documentation related to professional judgment, 学生的资格, the Community College Alliance program, 和奖学金. The SFS Associate will also provide information regarding refunds, partnership verification and conduct outreach on needed documents and payment options. This position will also participate in and organize on-campus events that encourage student financial wellness.

This position has a hybrid working schedule of at least 2 days on campus, while 3 working days per week may be remote. Once every 2-3 months, an evening shift which ends at 7 p.m. 是必需的.

•    One year of experience in financial aid, student accounts, student affairs or related fields
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office
•    A desire to help students and provide excellent customer service while working closely in a collaborative team environment
